Our company is a manufacturing firm with over 60 years of experience in processing technology using various metal pipes as materials. Traditionally, we welded spherical forged parts to pipes, but we received requests for integration of the pipe for weight reduction and improved vibration strength. By forming the spherical part (tip) integrally from the pipe material, we achieved weight reduction. The request was for a product that has increased strength and lower costs compared to the current one. 【Proposal】 Since there were no material specifications, we proposed a one-piece molded product (including processing) using lost wax. 【Customer Evaluation】 We produced a prototype (mold costs were necessary) and evaluated it at the customer's site.
